What we deliver
By visiting or using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it. The site provides information about automation, panels, maintenance, retrofits, consulting and training, and enables contact. It does not sell products or take online payments.
Technical content, guides, examples and diagrams are for general information and education. They do not replace project-specific engineering advice, approval or safety assessment. Electrical and machine work must be performed by authorized, competent personnel under applicable legislation, standards and safety rules. Users are responsible for field application and should check current manufacturer documentation.
Price, time and scope information provided through the website, telephone, WhatsApp or email is preliminary and is not a binding quotation. Final scope, price, delivery, payment and warranty conditions are set out in a written quotation or contract after assessment; that document takes precedence. Training details are confirmed separately.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, drawings, videos, logos and design belong to MarmoTeknik and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846. Short quotations may be used with attribution and a link; copying substantial content, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission. Third-party brand names belong to their owners and describe systems we work with; they do not imply authorized dealership or official representation unless expressly stated.
Do not use the website unlawfully, infringe others' rights, submit false information/spam/malicious content, disrupt operation through software or automated collection, or attempt unauthorized access. YouTube, Google Maps, WhatsApp and social networks have their own terms and privacy policies; MarmoTeknik is not responsible for their content or practices.
Reasonable care is taken over accuracy and availability, but neither error-free information nor continuous access is guaranteed. Maintenance and faults can interrupt service. Liability for indirect damage from use or unavailability is excluded except for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Personal-data handling is described in the privacy policy and KVKK notice. Updated terms apply from publication. Turkish law governs these terms; Manisa courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
